Vagus Nerve Continued (Sunday) w/ Joseph Armstrong
The Vagus Nerve regulates and relaxes the major systems of the body. It is possible to tap into this power to experience increased connection to innate flow states and the relaxation response. This can result in increased presence, as well as psychological and physical well being.
You will learn how to apply guided imagery, meditation, vocal techniques, and breathwork. You will leave with a working knowledge of the parasympathetic nervous system and how to use it to modify the state of the mind and body. For all levels, Class will be taught in English. It is not necessary to have attended the previous class to attend this one.
